Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we can. This page explains what we see, what we don’t, and how to reach us.
Your photos
The free preview runs in your browser. The photo you choose is turned into stars on your own device and is not uploaded to us.
What stays in your browser
The name you type, your language choice and the little demos (starlight in the galaxy, messages in your sky) are kept in your browser’s own storage on your device. We don’t receive them. Clearing your browser data removes them.
When you buy something
Checkout is run by our payment partner. They collect your payment details; we never see your card number. We receive your email address and what you ordered so we can deliver it and help you if something goes wrong.
When you email us
If you write to [email protected], we keep the conversation so we can answer you.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts the site and sees the technical details any website receives, such as your IP address.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google to load them.
- Our payment partner processes payments when you buy.
Cookies and tracking
We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page first.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We keep order records only as long as we need them for delivery, support and the law.
Children
Pawlestial is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
