These terms cover your use of pawlestial.com and anything you buy here. Pawlestial is run by Tinylight Labs. By using the site you agree to them; if something here is unclear, write to [email protected].
What Pawlestial is
Pawlestial turns a photo of your pet (or your family) into a picture made of stars. You can try it free on the site, and buy digital keepsakes made from it: a lock screen, a keepsake certificate, a star video, and a place in the shared galaxy. A desktop pet app for Windows and Mac is coming soon.
These are keepsakes, not real stars
Constellations, names, coordinates and certificates on Pawlestial are keepsakes inside the Pawlestial galaxy map. They are not names of real stars and are not recognized by the International Astronomical Union or any other scientific body.
Your photos
Only upload photos you took yourself or have the right to use. The free preview turns your photo into stars inside your own browser; the photo is not sent to us for the preview. If an order ever needs your photo on our side, we will tell you at that step, and use it only to make what you ordered.
Buying
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are handled by our payment partner, which acts as the seller of record for your order and may appear on your card statement. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Digital items are delivered right after payment.

What you can do with your keepsakes
Your keepsakes are for your own personal use: set them as wallpapers, print them at home, share them with friends and family. Please don’t resell them or use them in commercial products.
The shared galaxy and messages
Names and messages you add to the shared galaxy or your sky may be seen by other visitors. Keep them kind and lawful. We may remove anything hateful, harassing, sexual, or that uses someone else’s name or photo without permission.
The site itself
We work hard to keep Pawlestial running, but the site is provided as it is, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a purchase is limited to what you paid for that purchase.
