Refund Policy

Everything at Pawlestial is digital and delivered right away. We would much rather fix a problem than have you unhappy with a keepsake.

If something is wrong

If a file doesn’t arrive, doesn’t open, or doesn’t match the preview you saw, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your order email. We will fix it or refund you in full.

Changing your mind

Because digital items are delivered instantly, we can’t usually refund a purchase you simply changed your mind about. If you bought by mistake and haven’t downloaded anything yet, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through our payment partner. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
